How To Consign
Step 4: Auction
The lots are curated into a catalogue that is distributed both physically and digitally, allowing bidders to review the auction items (lot previews are also available upon request).
Bids can be submitted online both before and during the auction through iCollector; prior bids will also be accepted through the use of our bid sheet which is available below.
Once an auction is complete, lots are then shipped out once the invoice has been paid. Lot pickup is also available upon request. either at select auctions that are held in conjunction with numismatic events that take place throughout the year.
Step 3: Auction Preparation
Once your items have arrived, we check over all items carefully to ensure that all items were received; the items are then photographed and added as lots in one of our upcoming auctions.
Step 5: Payout
Within 30 days of the end of the auction, payment for sold lots will be to you by your preferred method of choice (e-transfer or cheque). Any unsold lots can either be consigned in a future auction or shipped back to you.
